i got my credit card now next year in may im gonna get a new car will i have enough credit to get a car?
cause i lied about my age for my credit card but i need to get a car next year if i use my credit card alot and send the payments on time will i have enough credit to get a brand new car cause i wanna get a maxima from nissan but i dont wanna go and look all stupid trying to get the car.
Here's what you ARE going to do, guaranteed:
You are going to get your credit report screwed up. The cc company is going to report that you are one age, while your social security number is going to say that you are another age. They will have difficulty pulling your report because of the discrepancy and you will have to deal with sorting the mess out before you can do anything.
If you are lucky, you wont go to jail for fraud.
As for your question, No. That will not be enough credit to get the car (unless you want to pay two or three times the amount of the car in interest payments...and that's if the dealer is being generous). Building credit takes time. That's all you can do. Get rid of that card before your do damage to your credit report and be patient.

You will be arrested for fraud.
They always check your real age with your SSN.
I strongly suggest you to cancel your credit card at once and apply for a new one (This time with your real age)

They don't give brand new cars to anyone who walks in off the street. I don't know how old you are but it sounds like you are too young to be considering a brand new car. You will need a pretty big down payment and a good job to be able to afford the payments every month. They WILL do a background and a credit check on you. You CANNOT lie your way into a brand new car. Good luck with that though. You're probably better off looking for a used one.
