i got my credit card now next year in may im gonna get a new car will i have enough credit to get a car?
cause i lied about my age for my credit card but i need to get a car next year if i use my credit card alot and send the payments on time will i have enough credit to get a brand new car cause i wanna get a maxima from nissan but i dont wanna go and look all stupid trying to get the car.
Here's what you ARE going to do, guaranteed:
You are going to get your credit report screwed up. The cc company is going to report that you are one age, while your social security number is going to say that you are another age. They will have difficulty pulling your report because of the discrepancy and you will have to deal with sorting the mess out before you can do anything.
If you are lucky, you wont go to jail for fraud.
As for your question, No. That will not be enough credit to get the car (unless you want to pay two or three times the amount of the car in interest payments...and that's if the dealer is being generous). Building credit takes time. That's all you can do. Get rid of that card before your do damage to your credit report and be patient.
You will be arrested for fraud.
They always check your real age with your SSN.
I strongly suggest you to cancel your credit card at once and apply for a new one (This time with your real age)
Here is a list of bad credit finance companies for car loans if you need them.
- can approve borrowers with past credit problems. They have very low interest rates for people with good credit, as low as 3.9%. You must have $1800 minimum income and the loan amount must be between $7,500-$50,000 to be approved.
- Can get approved even with the most severe credit problems. Past bankruptcy or foreclosure are ok. They provide a response from a few minutes to a few hours.
- They have relationships with many different funding
sources, so you can receive up to 4 different quotes. This will help you get the lowest interest rate and terms possible. Application process is quick and easy. Response within 24 hours. Poor credit APR varies from 13.95% to 20.95%. Payments range from $539 to $751
- A sub prime lender who specializes in auto loan for
people with bad credit below the 550 credit score.
They don't give brand new cars to anyone who walks in off the street. I don't know how old you are but it sounds like you are too young to be considering a brand new car. You will need a pretty big down payment and a good job to be able to afford the payments every month. They WILL do a background and a credit check on you. You CANNOT lie your way into a brand new car. Good luck with that though. You're probably better off looking for a used one.
