Lloyds tsb - money transfered?
lloyds tsb transfered some money from my account by error today.
When speaking to the customer service centre today, they hung up on me after i said i wanted my money back today. My account is out £160 due to their mess up. Now it will take upto 14 days to get money back that shouldnt have been transfered out my account in the first place.
Isnt this annoying.
