Hi everyone..I'm from a textile city where crores and crores of export is being done..and i found there is a lot of garment waste coming out after the cutting process and also sewing.. i would like to know if i can make those waste into some usefull stuffs instead throwing it away or selling it to someone with cheap rates...please help me out....!! thank you
About the only thing that can be done with such waste is stuffing teddy bears or pillows. THe problem is that companies that do that already have more material than they need. It is very hard to reuse textile waste because it is too mixed and it costs too much when it can be done. There are many, many technical barriers to such reuse.

First of all...Usually those companies who are 'producing waste' from clothes, are directly supply to their regular purchaser. In fact it's over demand of this product. Frankly speaking, It's tough to enter in the business unless you start with a person who are already in this market since years. Otherwise it's very challenging.
Of course, it doesn't mean that you will not be able in your life. But for that you have to offer very high price to the factories.
Secondly, if you are looking to make 'Best out Waste' then refer to clothing waste articles and books available in the library Or ask those textile Engineers at least who have far better ideas having in the mind But some how unable to get outcome from it. Deal with them on their behalf and assured them by taking their idea you will also share your profits upon final new production.
So, Think differently and act bit more creatively. You may succeed. All the best.
