How should I act? I really want them to think their child is in good hands. I want them to really hire me.
You should act like you have done it before. Be on time. Be polite. Wear clean clothes. Don't spend much time on the phone. Pay attention to the kids and make sure they are safe and behaving properly. If the parents have any special requests make sure they know you will take care of it.
